We deliver specialist technology services to the Agency providing key capabilities on a 24/7 basis ensuring the Agency is able to operate and deploy throughout the country. This is supported through the Agency Service Desk, providing 1st and 2nd line service support to in-life specialist and critical services, delivered in accordance with Service Levels aligned to users expectations.
To achieve this, Enterprise Services must continually look to develop and build a team of professional and experienced IT service delivery and management practitioners who are suitably skilled to support a complex and varied IT estate that is evolving through the delivery of the NCA transformation programme.
The current role is non 24/7 but there may be opportunities in the future to join the 24/7 team (earning a 24/7 workers premium).
As part of a team of Enterprise Service professionals, you will be using your skills and expertise to:
• Lead a small team within the Agency Service Desk, delivering technology service support to the Agency.
• Support in house mobility and critical services.
• Provide technical support to mission critical radio users
