The GED Works Product Manager is responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, and growth of the GED Works program. The GEDWorks program is an education benefits program for employers to sponsor their employees' educational (GED) attainment. This role serves as the principal communication channel between our corporate partners, GED TestingService and service providers to ensure client satisfaction and product effectiveness. This position is responsible for overallprogram strategy, including defining market needs and program positioning. The Product Manager will maintainservice level agreements relative to timelines, quality standards and budget. The position will identify and implementproduct and program improvements to ensure long term growth and success.
The Product Manager works directly with our corporate partners to maintain customer satisfaction, contractual commitments, product effectiveness, and growth for the GED Works portfolio.
