Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary, you will be responsible for supporting corporate governance and company secretarial services across the charity, and will play a key part in managing and monitoring organisation wide policies. This is a new post, providing an opportunity for the right individual to shape and develop the role to maximise governance support to the Board of Trustees.
The role will include managing registers and databases, assisting with regulatory filings, helping with production and management of meeting papers, taking minutes, and liaising with colleagues across the charity to review policies or to follow up actions. To be successful you will need to be methodical, with excellent attention to detail, alongside good communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
