Location: London but initially remote working

Despite the current circumstances we are still actively recruiting for roles. In compliance with UK Government advice relating to COVID-19 this role will be remotely based in line with our current workforce and we will supply you with the tools and technologies to enable you to do so. Similarly all interviews will be conducted by google hangouts or equivalent video conferencing technologies.

We're looking for a driven and passionate individual to join us at Which? as our Head of Brand Strategy and Marcomms Planning.

We want to promote this by ensuring our brand is fit for the future, compelling to our audiences, consistent and coherent across all the channels we operate upon. 

What you'll be doing?

Reporting to the Director of Audiences, Brand and Communications, Neil Caldicott,  you will lead the brand strategy and strategic marketing and communications planning across Which?.

This is an amazing opportunity where you will be given the autonomy to create a stronger and more cohesive Which? brand, whilst ensuring our communication to key consumer audiences is coherent and aligned to our brand strategy.

As a senior leader you will also:

  • Manage key agency partners, including establishing clear scopes of work and KPIs
  • Work closely within the ABC team and beyond to build a clear understanding of optimum engagement across different channels
  • Oversee development and management of appropriate tools to facilitate strong Marcomms planning
  • Work collaboratively and build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders

What you will bring?

You will have:

  • Significant experience of brand strategy and brand creative development 
  • Proven success in delivering communications campaigns that support commercial/charitable goals
  • Strategic communications skills and experience of developing communications strategies across all key communications channels
  • Experience of leading a team and helping build skills/capabilities
  • Significant experience of agency and stakeholder management
  • Proven numeracy and business analysis skills
