An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Services for Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire within Heritage Care. This is a senior role in the organisation, which requires highly developed leadership and motivational skills to ensure service excellence and deliver financial performance. As a member of the senior leadership team you will need to be highly visible, proactive and lead on clinical supervision across the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have sound leadership and management skills and experience of managing high quality and creative social care services that enable older individuals to live happy and fulfilled lives. You will be able to coach and lead by example as well as the ability to lead managers in a competitive environment. A good working knowledge of CQC Standards is a must. Experience of monitoring and managing safeguarding issues and leading on developing best practice in the protection of vulnerable adults is a necessity. You will also need to possess strong interpersonal skills that will help you to build relationships and engage with teams to implement the values and objectives of the organisation.
The position will be home based. The successful applicant will live within reasonable travelling distance to the services in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
