Do you thrive off contributing to the development and delivery of organisational strategy? If so, we have a fantastic role as Head of Cancer Environments.

Since 1976 Macmillan have been creating environments of support to people living with and affected by cancer - ensuring that they get the best treatment, information and guidance in the most supportive surroundings. From specialist palliative care units in the NHS to outpatient and information support services, Macmillan has provided over 275 cancer environments in the UK.

As Head of Cancer Environments, you will provide inspirational leadership to the multi-disciplinary, nationwide team, developing transformational physical environments for treatment and support. Working in partnership with key stakeholders within Macmillan’s 9 geographies and across the organisation, you will deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that change according to environmental needs.

You will also be actively contributing to the development of Macmillan’s pan-geographic strategic policies and ensuring the translation of this strategy into operational plans and budget that delivers the agreed outcomes. With senior level experience of delivering support services environments, you will have an inspiring leadership style and will bring valued experience that will contribute to the building and maintenance of Macmillan’s external reputation as an invaluable pillar of support and guidance to people affected by cancer.
