Fixed Term Contract: 12 months

About the role
As Head of Data Development at the UK’s most trusted charity, you will provide a strong strategic focus and change leadership, using your proven skills in these areas to partner with colleagues across the organisation to transform the way in which data is understood and used, enable our corporate strategy and bring our data vision to life. 

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will lead, co-ordinate and develop the work of data specialists within the division and support the design of strong data partnerships.

 

About you
We’re looking for someone with a strong success record across all areas of data strategy development and implementation. You are known for being passionate and enthusiastic about the innovative and transformative power of data, for communicating excellently and building strong relationships across senior management to achieve progress. Ideally, you’ll have an MBA, or MSC in Business/Data Analytics and a proven track record of leading teams through structural, procedural and cultural change.
