We are looking for a Head of Multi Commodity Research to lead the setup and management of a new Research team.

 This is a new role that can be based in one of the following locations Singapore, London, Toronto or New York

About the role

Reporting into the Global Head of Metals & Mining, you will be responsible for managing the Multi Commodity Research team and have direct line management of 3-4 research analysts & subject matter experts.  Your team will be responsible for producing world-class commercial data, analytics and insights that are tailored to our clients needs. Your leadership will inspire and support the development and timely delivery of our content, commercial goals and thought leadership across the different metals & mined commodity sectors. Your focus will be to transform the business, deliver revenue growth and inspire a cultural shift in the organization. You will foster an open, innovative and dynamic team environment where unconventional thinking is encouraged. 

You will be able to prioritise what matters most to clients and your team. Given your engagement with your network of senior-level clients and contacts, you will understand their business and priorities. Internally, you will ensure your direct reports improve workflow efficiency and the timeliness and quality of deliverables.

You will also work with client management and consulting to generate new research, sales and consulting opportunities.  You will work collaboratively as part of the Metals and Mining Leadership Team, to develop and implement a content strategy identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities. You will also champion our business, building senior-level relationships across industry and financial clients.
