This is an exciting position within Pearson’s Organisational Resilience and Resilience function. The person who will be selected for this role is already a competent business continuity and resilience professional who can engage and deliver at senior management level. Based at the Company headquarters, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Global Business Resilience and will be responsible for the co-ordination of all BCM activities throughoutthe UK utilising their management, operational knowledge and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate is a self-starting individual who is a strong team player yet independently delivers results
This is a wide-ranging role with responsibility for managing and delivering the UK aspect of the Pearson Risk and Resilience program which includes an ISO 22301 certification program. This is a mid-level position with several functions and responsibilities which include development, implementation and management of a comprehensive business continuity and resilience management program for relevant business areas.
