A 3 - 4 month Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity have arisen for enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the HR team supporting our Support services, and based at our main site in Northampton. This role will be working within the HR function and would support various areas of the charity where the work you carry out can really help and contribute to improving people's lives.
Within the charity you will meet and work with some amazing people. The role would suit someone with limited HR administration experience looking to gain more experience to help develop a career in HR or could also be suitable for someone who is looking to reduce the hours they work each day to give them more flexibility and enhanced work life balance. The role may also suit someone who hasn't worked in HR before but has worked in an environment where they are dealing with confidential information.
You will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner supporting activities such as employee engagement initiatives, welcoming New starters, processing leavers and employment changes, providing administration support for change management programmes, ensuring compliance information is dealt with in a timely manor, taking notes at HR meetings and the compilation of monthly HR reports and management information as required.
We are looking for a highly motivated, positive individual whose is task focused and has a high level of attention to detail. All applicants must be competent using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of working with HR systems and carrying out HR Administration tasks would also be an advantage.
