As a HR Adviser focusing on change, you will be responsible for providing HR support for a variety of change projects with a strong emphasis on employee relations.

You will be an excellent communicator with a hands on approach to delivering a first class service to our customers, with experience of hitting the ground running to make an impact in a short space of time.

This is a real opportunity to develop your HR skills and gain exposure to all aspects of the business as well as being a key member of the HR Change Program team.

Typical duties will include:

  • Provide ongoing HR support and advice to line managers with regard to employee relations issues, including short and long term absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, maternity and paternity leave
  • Work with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and projects across the business
  • Administration of various HR policies and correspondence relating to the above
