What is the role?
You will provide strategically focussed HR support to two of our Directorates – Technology and Finance, Legal & Audit.
Partnering with Directors and Senior Leaders, you will help deliver the organisational strategy through the delivery of the Directorate people plans that align with wider organisational strategy. Using your technical and experiential knowledge and insights, you will help shape our org-wide HR plan. You will provide proactive and innovative solutions to business issues and lead on HR element of the business area’s change agenda.
Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced, dynamic, forward thinking strategic business partner who has a strong understanding across a broad spectrum of HR specialisms and functions. You have a proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders; offering strategic insight, coaching and challenge as appropriate.
You have a broad knowledge of organisational design principles and aligning design within a business to an operating model. Your significant experience of HR legislation, consultation and change combined with proven experience of using data and insight to influence decision making will make you a strong candidate.
Experience working in a Technology business area or organisation would be advantageous

Location and Travel
This role will be based in our London Offices.
