We are seeking an HR Generalist with strong employee relations experience, excellent project management skills, systems-savvy with attention to detail, and a credible, professional presence. The position is based in San Antonio and will perform a variety of tasks ranging from handling employee relations, to organizing activities that further the business and the culture, to serving as a hands-on resource for data, tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an engaging style that is approachable yet confident and composed, exhibiting patience, integrity, and high moral fortitude. A creative thinker with a knack toward problem-solving and strong attention to detail for planning, organizing, tracking, reporting, and auditing will also be critical to success.
