Reporting into the HR Advisor, the HR Intern will assist and shadow with HR activities and processes. This is a hands-on, people-facing role, working collaboratively within a team of six.

About the role:
The HR Intern will support the HR team with a number of different tasks and areas whilst learning the basics of HR and company processes. You will learn by doing, but also observing and asking lots of questions.
The HR Intern will support the team with data gathering and analysis, and may assist with HR reporting and filing. The HR Intern will help facilitate internal training sessions, as well as support the team with tasks within the new starter process and payroll input.
As with all members of the team, the HR Intern is expected to maintain excellence with our HR processes, and approach all requests with enthusiasm, accuracy and reliability. The HR Intern may have access to highly confidential information and is expected to operate with complete trustworthiness. The intern is also expected to show initiative and flexibility when approaching tasks.
We are looking for someone who is excited to start their career in HR. You may have an HR/ CIPD qualification or be training towards one, but this isn’t an essential requirement of the role. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment, be self-motivated and highly professional.
You need be a great team player with a strong work ethic and impeccable attention to detail, as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be highly organised and approachable, with a passion for efficient administration.
The position is open to graduates, undergrads and school leavers. You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
