These are exciting times to be at Macmillan with an exciting agenda of the HR team are looking for someone to lead on Macmillan's HR People Directorate performance

Job Description

In this role you will act as a critical friend to the operational leadership team, challenging and supporting the service delivery functions with data, insight, and service improvement capabilities, you will also manage and oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). To develop, implement, and modify software and hardware requirements based on Macmillan's changing business requirements.

To do this role you will have: 

  • A proven track record of using data and systems to contribute to leveraging insight and analysis to drive performance and quality improvement within a complex HR People service environment
  • An adept ability to translate reports into meaningful intelligence and ultimately into workable solutions within the HR People operations area
  • Extensive experience of working with stakeholders across the Macmillan landscape to ensure delivery of an integrated set of performance reporting
  • Knowledge/understanding of, and/or experience of contributing to the development of information security measures.
  • An in-depth understanding and practical application of HR systems.
