The Global HR Operations team are looking for an experienced Process Analyst. This role will be part of a wider process team that is responsible for creating and operationalising new optimised global HR Shared Services processes within the employee lifecycle.
The focus of the role is to document HR Operations processes, document detailed procedures and develop all supporting materials. You will be supporting and working closely with the Senior HR Process Analysts, working on process redesign and transformation. You will assist with reviewing processes across EMEA, APAC and Americas and running workshops regionally which means that this role does require occasional global travel. If you are an advanced user of Visio and have experience working with international projects then please do not hesitate to apply to this role.
