Job Description

The Global HR Operations team are looking for an experienced Process Analyst. This role will be part of a wider process team that is responsible for creating and operationalising new optimised global HR Shared Services processes within the employee lifecycle.

 

The focus of the role is to document HR Operations processes, document detailed procedures and develop all supporting materials. You will be supporting and working closely with the Senior HR Process Analysts, working on process redesign and transformation. You will assist with reviewing processes across EMEA, APAC and Americas and running workshops regionally which means that this role does require occasional global travel. Responsibilities

  • Support the design and creation of data and knowledge capture templates
  • Organise a series of process workshops to be attended to relevant subject matter experts
  • During facilitated process design workshops, create process documentation for the HR Operations employee lifecycle processes using process mapping tools in real-time
  • Document rules, policies and local laws that impact processes
  •  Document risks, issues and mitigation
  • Document change impacts for all impacted users
  • Support the process sign off phase for the new global processes and regional deviations
  • Produce a suite of process documentation including detailed process maps, standard operating procedures, FAQs, job aids etc for the new processes
  • Support the design and development of new forms, templates and other supporting collateral
  •   Work with the wider project team to operationalise the new processes
  • Support the training team with the creation of training content and training delivery

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
  •  Extensive experience in process mapping within a HR Operations environment
  • Extensive experience in creating documentation to support processes in a HR Operations environment
  •  Experience in using Visio and Nimbus to an advanced level
  • Demonstrable experience on HR Systems (Workday, Case Management, Knowledge Base, HR Portal, Chat Functionality)
  • Good understanding of best practice processes in a global HR shared services environment
  • Experienced in capturing information at a fast pace (e.g. producing process maps live during workshops)
  •  Proactively be able to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
