St Andrews HR Service team are looking to recruit an administrator to provide support with the employee lifecycle, learning administration and payroll processes. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of information while meeting deadlines and have the unique opportunity to support employees through their journey at St Andrews Healthcare.
This is an excellent role to build some great experience with the potential to move into other roles within HR Shared Services or the wider Charity, should the opportunity arise.

You will already have some experience in a similar administrative environment with a high degree of accuracy, customer service and strong IT skills in areas of MS office – Word and Excel. Previous experience of using SAP, Success Factors or a similar HR system will be very beneficial, but not essential.
Able to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively, you need to be a good communicator and team player with the confidence to work with people at all levels.
