About Us
At Macmillan, we strive to ensure every penny we raise is spent on those who will need it at the toughest of times they might ever face. With this in mind, our award-winning recruitment team established a focused Direct Sourcing function to deliver a dedicated, in-house executive search service to support senior hiring managers and to lessen our reliance on fee-based recruitment agencies. In light of its emerging success, we are seeking to expand our expertise in this area and are looking to hire an Advisor into the team.

The Role
This visible role will have the opportunity to provide influential advice and the delivery of recruitment projects to senior stakeholder across Macmillan. Engaging in strategic recruitment planning conversations, you will lead on projects ensuring the engagement of external talent for appropriate Macmillan vacancies. You will identify, contact and qualify professionals whilst providing market mapping insight back to the business. Furthermore, you will have significant input to and will support on the design and delivery of assessments and relevant materials.

About You
A driven and motivated professional, you will bring executive search research capability gained within a leading Exec Search organisation or in-house direct sourcing function. Comfortable at engaging stakeholders of all levels, you will be target driven with an eye for quality in the output of your work. As an individual keen to build on current knowledge and experience, you will be energised to further your personal development and welcome opportunities to learn from across the Recruitment and Resourcing Team.
