Have you got what it takes to raise money that will change the lives of LGBTQ+ people? You could be our next Individual Giving Manager, a passionate individual who can use their skills and experiences to inspire others to give.
We are looking for a new Individual Giving Manager to manage our successful Individual Giving and community and participation fundraising programmes.
Founded in London in 1989, Stonewall now works in each nation of the UK and has established partnerships across the globe. We help create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people through our campaigns, research and change and empowerment programmes. We continue to fight for a world where LGBTQ+ people everywhere can live their lives to the full.
As a charity we rely on the generosity of private individuals, communities and organisations. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. Join us as our Individual Giving Manager and help build on our successful regular giving, cash giving, legacies and community fundraising programmes to raise £ms so Stonewall can support even more LGBTQ+ people.
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving and Innovation, you’ll focus on leading a small team of fundraisers to build on and develop our regular giving and cash giving activity, on-line and face to face, as well as support the building of our legacy marketing programme and community and participation fundraising events. You will be responsible for a budget and a target.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of fundraising especially around direct marketing, legacy marketing and community fundraising.
