Act as the primary GLT Industrial/CVO representative into the OU LBM Product Management Review Meeting (PMR) and OU project portfolio review forums
Act as the primary program coordinator for Tier 1 programs and projects within the GLT Technology Deployment team, working with the other Technology Deployment teams to ensure program implementation success.
Provide day to day management for Challenger graduates during their Industrial/CVO rotation and support the overall FPT Americas Challenger Graduate Program.
Assist the Technology Deployment Director/Manager to co-ordinate, monitor and report all technology deployment activity within the OU, in line with GDP 6.5 requirements.
Lead the communication, planning, co-ordination, execution and monitoring of OMS Processes for the Naperville GLT Technology Deployment team.
Develop and implement processes for in year regional technology performance management - both projects and budgets
Ensure that country specific requirements are adequately communicated and considered during product development activities.
Lead, inspire and develop team members (both direct and indirect reports) by providing coaching and training in support of development of their capabilities.
Coordinate, develop and communicate regional technology stratgey
Deputise for the Technology Deployment Manager
Must been educated to Bachelors' degree level or equivalent in a technical subject.
Significant and relevant Automotive and/or Industrial/CVO experience.
Must have demonstrable expertise in managing teams, and driving delivery and business strategy.
Must have good project management experience.
Fluent English is essential.
Must be able to drive (and flex where appropriate) the global Technology agenda within the OU:
It is essential that the individual is proficient at networking, motivating and communicating with cross-cultural teams to drive delivery; strong cross-cultural communication and leadership experience is essential.
It is also essential that the individual has strong communications and management experience.
They must be able to manage the tension and ambiguity between the different stakeholders, both centrally and regionally.
They need to be able to articulate complex technical issues into simple business strategies. Although this is a GLT role, strong commercial skills, a robust network and business and leadership credibility are critical to make it a success.
