When you join as an IT Operational Response Officer, you’ll become vital to the smooth running of our business. Passionate about helping customers, you’ll respond quickly to urgent issues that affect our live operations within our IT systems. Once you’re fully trained, you’ll liaise directly with MI5 support teams, third-party suppliers and our customers.
To join, you’ll have an IT degree or accredited qualification, along with relevant experience in an IT environment. Plus, you’ll need to have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Active Directory and desktop hardware. With excellent troubleshooting abilities, you’ll confidently solve a range of problems and manage operational priorities. A flexible and proactive person, you’ll be keen to learn new skills and keep up with evolving trends.
