This is a fantastic opportunity to join DWP's Service Operations Design and Transition team. We are embarking on a journey - The remit of the team is evolving and we are looking for talented individuals who can help shape the future operating model and bring together large amounts of data to produce clear and robust service designs.
The team play a key role in defining and shaping the Service Management characteristics as a project navigates through delivery, ahead of handing over to our Service Transition team.
You will be in the thick of it, working with technical specialists and Transition Managers. It's about ensuring that our services meet business and service needs, laying foundations for live service.
You'll be passing the baton to service transition who ultimately ensure a smooth transition into production, working closely with teams in design and architecture.

You'll join our team based at our digital hub in Newcastle.
In return for your skills, we offer salary up to £40,666 per annum.
