You are a talented and creative technologist with significant team leadership experience and the ability to build technology teams that share your passion for technology improvement and customer service. You build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, and forge excellent working partnerships with your peers in Technology. You are highly process oriented and a strong advocate of the ITIL framework. You set high standards and expect no less from your team and your peers.
You will work closely with the IT Service Manager and IT Service Improvement Manager in establishing a sustainable Continuous Service Improvement model. You are a highly process-focussed individual with an in-depth knowledge of desktop and mobile technology and a desire to work as part of an organisation that strives to help others.
