We are looking for individuals who can take responsibility for their solutions and designs, aligning these to IT Strategy, and progress these through the delivery lifecycle, owning them from Inception to Delivery whilst bringing all stakeholders on the journey. To be successful as a Solution Architecture Lead you will be accountable for the specification and design of architectural solutions to meet defined business needs in accordance with time, cost and quality measures. You must have excellent communication skills and take ownership of solutions throughout the project lifecycle, presenting these to both senior IT and business stakeholders ensuring a common understanding. We are looking for a self-starter with an interest in emerging technology and industry best practice who will apply the appropriate principles and standards to their solutions and help advance our estate, making banking even better.
The successful candidate will have a proven delivery record in a similar role where they have applied formal project delivery methodologies. You will enjoy presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and have strong planning, analysis, negotiation and quality assurance skills.
