12-month fixed term contract starting ASAP
£50,000 - £58,000 plus benefits and package
Here at St Andrew’s, we’re going through an exciting period of business transformation and we are looking for a specialist in job evaluation and performance to help drive this change.

This opportunity is very much a "doing" role in a highly skilled, enthusiastic team where you would take ownership of job family / job evaluation, competency development and performance management activity streams. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will need to be able to work independently and with the wider HR team, supporting the business through significant cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop key relationships and partner with key HR and Business Leaders
* Project management of job family / job evaluation, competency development and performance management activity streams, in line with programme requirements and as part of a wider change project
* Develop and implement solutions in line with wider programme requirements, providing advice and support to stakeholders as required
* Support development of the communications strategy and tactical delivery to support the wider OD (organisation development) programme objectives
* Transfer key HR knowledge and experience into the organisation
* Provide project support to wider HR / Reward project streams as required

Key Experience:
* Proven track record of managing and implementing major HR initiatives or projects within a Job Family / Evaluation / Organisational Development context
* A true team player, with a collaborative approach and proven delivery skills
* Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills; strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to engage on all organisational levels
* Resilience and flexibility to deliver to programme timelines
* Combination of analytical, pragmatic and situational problem-solving skills
* Strong presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong IT skills
* Experience of working within unionised organisations
