Can you provide the highly-effective administration support and organisation that underpins the efficient operation of our Legal team? if so, you have a key role to play in helping the team to fulfil its vital role in Macmillan.

Job Description

The first point of contact for enquiries, you'll be responsible for all the day to day administration required for our busy and high profile team. We'll look to you to proactively review and seek to improve systems and processes whenever possible. You will have good communication skills - and a demonstrable ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the organisation.

The work is important and your duties varied and we need you to be immediately effective within the role, so relevant experience and proven organisation ability are a must. Accustomed to managing your workload to meet all deadlines and objectives, you pay keen attention to detail - not just getting the job done on time but to a high standard. As a result you are happy to work with independence wherever appropriate, but equally keen to make a positive contribution to the team. A high standard of IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point essential.
