How do I wow the Virgin way?
As Lounge Host, you will help organise and coordinate a variety of memorable and engaging events for Virgin Money customers. You will also proactively build positive working relationships with partners in the locality of the Lounge, so that the Lounge becomes an exciting space where the community can come together. Did we mention your new office has a ten pin bowling alley? Doesn't get more exciting than that! You will work very closely with the Lounge Management team and support the day to day Lounge activities and deliver a truly memorable customer experience. Ideally successful applicants will most likely have had experience in the world of hospitality, events management, retail or customer service. The most important quality we are looking for is a warm, engaging personality and a real desire and drive to deliver magic moments for our customers.
