You’ll be the first person our customers meet. We’re counting on you to give them a daringly different experience and we’ll make sure you’ve got all the tools to do this successfully. You’ll make sure their time in the Lounge is everything they want it to be. You’ll ensure all of our perks and services are available and that customers experience the service they expect from a Virgin company.
Our customers love the personalised and special service they receive from us, and when they step into one of our brilliant Lounges with banking facilities you’ll be the first person they see. By giving them an incredible experience, you’ll help make our customers love us.
We’re looking for sociable people who can quickly make an impact – so face-to-face customer service experience is a requirement. You’ll be equally at ease assisting a customer with a banking transaction as you are at promoting one of our brilliant products. Whether you’re getting them a coffee or hosting in a community event in one of our meeting rooms, you’ll meet every customer and have a brilliant conversation the minute they walk through the door.
You’ll be confident working in a regulated fast paced, ever-changing and fun environment, where no two days are the same; our working patterns will be over a 6 week rota and will include weekends.

Salary: from £16,500 to £22,500, pro rata plus amazing benefits
Hours: Part-time from 18.5 hours per week various shifts available will include Monday to Sunday shifts on a 6 week rota. Please include your preference on your application.
