Our customers love the personalised and special service they receive from us. When they step into one of our brilliant Lounges with banking facilities you'll be responsible for making sure that the customer experience exceeds all expectations on each and every visit! You will be constantly on the lookout for opportunities to increase footfall and Lounge membership and you’ll continually look to improve Lounge performance and effectiveness. To succeed in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to coach and motivate others. You will challenge colleagues to continually improve and strive to fulfil their potential to achieve things they never thought possible.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is confident operating in a digitally-led environment with an aptitude for technology and the motivation to show others how. You will thrive in an environment where your determination, positive attitude and 'can do’ approach sets you apart from the rest. Through your flexibility and adaptability you'll readily take on new challenges.
A big part of the role is all about your ability to network within the local community, along with your team, to continually create great exposure for the Lounge and Virgin Money.

Salary: from £32,000 to £ 48,000 per annum plus amazing benefits
Hours: 37.5 - Flexibility is key as you will be required to work evenings and weekends as our shift pattern runs from Monday to Sunday on a 6 week rota.
