Macmillan Partnership Quality Lead - North Wales & Powys
Permanent
Full time (34.5 hrs per week)
£39,000 - £42,000


We are looking for an individual to join our high performing team to lead on key activities to improve the quality of Macmillan’s existing services and support the development of new services across North Wales and Powys.  

This is your chance to have influence and impact by playing a key role in cancer care and make a difference for people affected by cancer.

This role will support partner organisations and Macmillan professionals to understand the operational expectations within Macmillan Partnership agreements. They will support Macmillan professionals and partners to focus on continuous improvement; work to improve services, support recruitment and selection of Macmillan Professionals and ensure that Macmillan professionals feel supported and valued. 

If you have knowledge of cancer care and Health and Social Care and experience of quality improvement, professional development, supporting continuous improvement and communicating at a variety of levels within an organisation, this could be just the role for you.

In addition to the above, you will have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent planning experience, as well as experience of dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
