We are looking for someone to join our high performing North London team to lead on key activities to improve the quality of Macmillan’s existing services and support the development of new services.
This role will support partner organisations and Macmillan professionals to understand the operational expectations within Macmillan Partnership agreements. They will support Macmillan professionals and partners to focus on continuous improvement; work to improve services, support recruitment and selection of Macmillan Professionals within partner organisations and ensure that Macmillan professionals feel supported and valued.
If you have knowledge and experience of cancer care, knowledge of Health and Social Care and experience of facilitating professional development and communicating at a variety of levels within an organisation, this could be just the role for you!
In addition to the above, you will have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent planning experience, as well as experience of dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
