You will lead on key activities to improve the quality of Macmillan’s existing services and support the development of new services. This is your chance to have influence and impact by playing a key role in the enhancement and development of cancer services in Essex.
This role will support partner organisations and Macmillan professionals to understand the operational expectations within Macmillan Partnership agreements. You will support Macmillan professionals and partners to focus on continuous improvement; work to improve services, support recruitment and selection of Macmillan Professionals and ensure that Macmillan professionals feel supported and valued.
If you have knowledge of cancer care or Health and Social Care, experience of facilitating professional development, supporting continuous improvement and communicating at a variety of levels within an organisation, this could be just the role for you!
In addition to the above, you will have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent planning experience, as well as experience of dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This post is home-based but the successful candidate will need to travel extensively throughout Essex. You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application
