Macmillan Strategic Partnership Manager - West Midlands
£50,000 - £55,000
Reporting to the Head of Service you will be responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of strategic health partnerships, networks and relationships both inside and outside of Macmillan. As a key member of the Midlands senior team you will use your leadership skills to manage, develop and support a team of Partnership Managers to continuously develop, implement and improve the quality of existing and new cancer services both Macmillan and non Macmillan.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence operating at a senior level in the field of health and social care in a planning or service delivery role. You will have a track record of developing evidence/insight based services that have translated geographical strategies into successful operational plans and budgets that have delivered on agreed outcomes and service standards to budget.
Working collaboratively is vitally important to Macmillan so at interview you will be asked to demonstrate how you have influenced and set direction for people and teams and gone about creating a one team culture, promoting an environment where people learn and solve problems together and how you have instilled confidence in people to try out new things and make and learn from mistakes.
