As part of our business planning, we are adding a new Maintenance Assistant post to the existing Business Services team dealing with commercial letting, residential letting and factoring.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and customer focussed individual to complement our committed team.
This post will be Ideally suited to someone with a strong customer service background and a working knowledge of property repairs and maintenance. The post-holder will work closely with our existing team to allow us to respond to a demanding and growing reactive, cyclical and major work programme.
Experience in customer service is essential and an understanding of factoring or commercial letting and reviewing and understanding Title Deeds is desirable.
The successful applicant will be capable of managing their own workload and dealing with competing priorities and be able to communicate effectively with owners and cross organisationally with colleagues within Queens Cross Housing Association, particularly in the Property and Investment Team on projects. The applicant will also represent the organisation regularly to individuals and groups of homeowners to ensure good customer service.
You will be required to meet the competency levels expected of all Queens Cross staff which have a particularly emphasis on attitude, behaviours’ and a customer first approach.
