We are looking for a Market Insight Analyst to lead in producing market insight to further our understanding of the issues which are currently shaping the market.
This is a new role for us and if you would like to be influential in defining the scope and approach of our market insight work, bring new ideas and push boundaries, the role of Market Insight Analyst provides an exciting opportunity.
The role
In this role you will lead project or technical teams to develop and provide market insight analysis from a wide variety of data sources, leading to publication of findings which may have strategic implications for the SRA. Key objectives of the role are to demonstrate the SRA's in-depth understanding of the changing legal services market and its subsequent impact on access to justice. This includes research on the unregulated market and other market shaping forces.
You will bring an excellent analytical ability to process complex data into insight that will help determine strategic direction and the regulatory action we take. You will be confident communicating your findings both internally and externally, as we aim to support the profession and provide meaningful insight.
This role will form part of our Research and Analysis team which is made up of researchers, data scientists, risk analysts and behavioural economists, who work closely and collaboratively on projects.

This is a hybrid role and will be based either in our Birmingham or London office 1-2 days a week, and from home the rest of the week. On occasion travel may be required to the other office from which you are based, or for meetings with stakeholders or attendance at events.
