The UK Online Programme Management (OPM) team partners with UK universities to offer online degree programmes. We are looking for a market research assistant to join this dynamic, growing business unit.
The market research team is uniquely placed within the Managed Services organisation in that we support all other functions within it, from business development to marketing, and from course launch to sales. We work closely with colleagues and provide them with the insight they need to support their activities – from high-level analyses of the general higher education landscape, down to very specific details of a given programme that inform sales and marketing activity. We also work closely with our partners’ academic teams to help shape their online programmes to be the very best they can be, bringing years of industry experience and best-practice to the fore.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused Market Research Assistant to support our research activities. The role presents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to enter the OPM sector in a research capacity. You will work with colleagues across functions and build a strong foundation in this fast-growing area of Higher Education service provision.
We need someone who can learn quickly, work independently and has a high level of computer literacy – intermediate level Excel and Word is a minimum.
