Workbridge is a collection of 18 workshops which all provide a vocational experience pathway for service users with brain injuries, mental health issues, learning disabilities or autism. Our aim to help our service users recognise and achieve their full potential. We encourage independence, respect, teamwork and trust, building skills, knowledge & self-esteem in a supportive environment. We also have three small enterprises which comprises of an award-winning café, garden centre and charity shop and are open to the public.

The role of the Marketing and Digital Media Co-ordinator is to promote the Workbridge services through multichannel communication in order to raise positive brand awareness and promote our services.
We serve a varied target audience which includes:
Patients and staff across St. Andrew’s Healthcare
External service user referrals across Northamptonshire
Local business relationships and community links with education, other charities, clubs and networking groups.
Retail customers who support our collection of small enterprises.

The role has overall responsibility for online networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TripAdvisor to ensure that Workbridge is promoted positively through social media links.

The successful candidate will have creative flair, skills in critical thinking, SEO and project management. We are looking for a person who has a proactive, flexible and common sense approach who are passionate about delivering high standards in all that they do. Relationship building, empathy and enthusiasm for helping others will also contribute to being successful in this role.
