The Marketing Intelligence Lead will be accountable for bringing together first, second and third-party data sources into a visual end product enabling the business to generate real-time insights that the brand can leverage to drive growth.

The role requires a technical marketing, data and insights expert with an ability to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and have robust experience running Digital Advertising Campaigns and testing.

Collaborating on all aspects of the definition and development of key analytical initiatives, the Marketing Intelligence Lead will ensure that our brand, communication, digital, and marketing efforts are being driven and measured with global consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for increasing our analytics capabilities including first, second and third-party data sources.
  • Responsible for increasing the level of insight and data driven decision making including recommendations for optimization.
  • Consult closely with the leadership team to help shape our strategy, understanding business needs and objectives, create actionable analytics plans.
  • Consult with Sales, Marketing, Technology and Product to obtain and ensure that current tools meet the business needs.
  • Accountable for data quality, proactively correcting discrepancies ensuring accuracy.
  • Responsible for database feeds, data blends & manipulation - collaborating with cross functional teams to obtain and blend data to create clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

Essential Skills /Experience

  • Data Visualization expert - You can articulate complex data visually, enhancing the value of the insights via PowerPoint, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
  • Extensive experience in blending data from several flavors of data source.
  • Extensive experience in running Digital Marketing campaigns from search to social.
  • A/B testing experience - You have worked in commercial roles before with plenty of testing.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in statistics - forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
  • Google Marketing Platform familiarity - our web analytics suite.
  • A broad understanding of Marketing Technology with CRM familiarity - Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo.
  • A broad understanding of Data Architecture and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • SQL knowledge - Limited or professional proficiency.
  • Python knowledge - Limited or professional working proficiency.
  • JavaScript knowledge - Limited or professional working proficiency and the ability to use the data layer.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization.
  • Familiarity with common API frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
