Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to assist with the marketing of our services, the advertising and letting of our commercial and rental properties and promotion of our factoring services to new customers.   


The post-holder will be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy, including maintaining our website, webb portal and app, promotional materials etc., and will be the main point of contact for all initial property rental enquiries, new customer relationships and formal tenancy agreements and commercial lease arrangements.


The role requires a high level of communication and people skills, a working knowledge of the property sector and commercial lettings in particular and a flexible innovative approach to marketing.
