Your Role

The Marketing Manager will focus their time on promoting a new initiative, to UK employers, Local Authorities, and Central Government, with the aim of generating revenue opportunities from these stakeholders.

You will use a variety of marketing tactics and work with specialist consultants, to create leads for our Business Development team to convert.

You'll be building the brand, right from the start, from positioning and design. You'll own it!

The role will involve a mix of traditional and digital marketing ensuring we are targeting the correct personas with tailored content. The day to day will involve writing content, producing email copy, liaising with our PR team, and working alongside our Events Manager to shape targeted events, find relevant speaking ops. As well as, with our Digital Marketing manager to run paid and owned digital activity.

The role feeds into the wider aims of the Commercial team and the 5-year growth plan of offering plenty of opportunity to develop personally and professionally.

 

 

About you

You'll need proven success in running B2B comms campaigns with evidenced sales results

Using data and insights to help shape your work, able to augment plans to learnings
Experience in running online and offline marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
Any experience with central or local government audiences would be an advantage
Naturally you'll be energetic, yet consultative in your approach, with leadership or mentoring experience, or very ready to take this next step up.
