Marketing Manager – National Marketing (Fundraising)
In this role you will develop and deliver fundraising marketing campaigns across both acquisition and retention using multiple channels including direct mail, telemarketing and face to face. You will develop the channel strategies and budgets for a number of Macmillan’s direct marketing giving campaigns including our Weekly Lottery and wider Gaming programme.
Your campaigns will be instrumental in supporting the overarching product marketing strategies of the Senior Marketing Manager by supplying useful and relevant information and customer insight.
This is an amazing opportunity to apply your marketing skills, be creative and develop your skills across large scale, sector leading fundraising products. You will be managing external agencies and suppliers whilst building collaborative internal relationships with stakeholders, all of which require excellent relationship building skills. You will manage one direct report and will have brilliant management experience to inspire and manage their workload.
You will be detail focused, with a strong focus on monitoring, forecasting and reporting campaign performance to inform optimisation decisions to drive maximum value for Macmillan across your campaigns.
