We’re offering the right candidates a rare opportunity to join a team that will deliver a new way of banking. As you’ll be working in a start-up environment, we’re looking for people who have ability to think, question and act to deliver a truly revolutionary digital banking experience.


An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver digital acquisition marketing activity for our Digital Bank. Creative in your approach, we’ll look to you to produce our new ambitious customer acquisition campaigns by utilising various channels across off-site marketing, on-site web content and app-store content creation. You’ll be familiar with targeting customer segments and devising strategies to reach your target audience with the right messaging.


During the build phase, you’ll work towards the definition and execution of the pre-launch by creating compelling launch plans to raise awareness and work closely with the Brand Marketing and PR teams to deliver specific elements. Owning the development of a segmented marketing approach, you will work with specific target audiences as part of a broader marketing plan. 


As part of the run phase, you’ll support the partnership team in bridging opportunities to acquire new customers and providing existing customers with relevant offers – making our customers better off! We’ll look to you to monitor the performance of all channels with a focus on data, reporting and analysis of customer journeys. Responsible for budgetary management, you’ll ensure efficiency and quality decision making around priorities for marketing spend. If you’re as bold and exciting as we are, you’ll deliver standout campaigns the Virgin way with media plans which push the boundaries.


You’ll be experienced in working within an agile environment and have a successful track record of delivering segmented digital marketing campaigns for a niche audience using data and insights to drive opportunities. You’ll be able to work with product teams to shape propositions that meet customer needs and ensure that our strategy places them at the core of every decision we make.
