About the team
You will be part of the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Marketing team. We cover the marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution for the region across the three BAE Systems Applied Intelligence business divisions, covering commercial clients and prospects as well as the UK and foreign Governments. The EMEA Marketing team consists of a Marketing Director, five Marketing Managers and a team Marketing Coordinator. We work closely with a central Marketing team who cover brand, creative, web, social media, PR AR and market insights.
About the role
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, this position is responsible for developing the UK Services (UKS) marketing strategy and integrated marketing plan across cyber, data and digital services in both Enterprise Services (covering our commercial clients & prospects) and the Government client group. With support from the central Marketing functions, the UKS Marketing Manager is responsible for successfully executing all UKS related campaigns in the EMEA region. You’ll be the primary Marketing interface into the UKS business division, liaising with Sales and business stakeholders to understand priority propositions, target accounts and order intake targets. You’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing plan to support UKS lead generation and pipeline contribution. Working closely with the central Marketing & Communications teams, the offerings and Pre-sales teams, and Product Marketing, you will ensure the effective execution of campaigns always on-brand, on-message and with measurable results. You’ll also hold responsibility for identifying and coordinating synergies across UKS and other business divisions, including joint campaigns, upsell and cross sell opportunities and areas of potential cost savings. This position is well suited to a self-starter who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment, and can work autonomously when required.
