The expansion of the Fuels NA retail business is critical to the long term strategic position of BP in North America and is a foundational growth platform for the business. A new channel, Multi-Site Contract Operator (MSCO), is being implemented in order to capture a larger proportion of the profitability growth opportunity in the ampm footprint within the Northwest. The MSCO portfolio is expected to grow to many hundreds of sites within the next few years.

The role will also be responsible for the coordination of operational licenses, accounts, and invoicing while supporting Price Book updates as necessary. With the majority of time spent in the La Palma office, the role will offer support to the MSCO Performance Analyst as well. In coordinating MSCO launches, the role will liaise with the ampm Convenience Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Retail Operational Support, Business Development, Fuel Pricing and Supply, Glocal Business Services, IT&S and Legal teams to ensure success.
Overall, the role is responsible for leading the coordination, development and implementation of the operational processes required to launch clusters/sites for the MSCO channel. After implementation, the role will be responsible for continuous improvement and automation of these processes, and be expected to collaborate with many others to continuously improve ampm/ARCO programs, product range, promotions and standards.
