Position Summary 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join our Nestlé Coffee Partners team within the Nestlé Professional business. This role is field based with travel to Gatwick 2/3 times a month.

Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) is part of our Nestlé Professional Business to Business food service arm. Specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions, NCP offers an unrivalled portfolio of fantastic & renowned brands including our primary brand ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and also NESCAFE, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE . A day in the life of a National Account Manager

This is a high profile role, in which you will be responsible for owning and growing our relationships with some of our biggest Foodservice partners across a diverse range of out of home channels such as Workplace, College & University, Healthcare, Defence and more.  This role is a unique opportunity to truly blend large customer management with fast paced new business development and to be a leading contributor to delivering on the ambitious growth plans within the NCP team.

You will have the opportunity to develop critical experiences which will enable you to accelerate your commercial career towards potential further senior level opportunities in the years ahead. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
Management and responsibility for the customer P&L across the sales ledger.
Work with key customers to create Joint Business Plans which deliver profitable sales growth.
Constructing Contracts which are aligned to customer needs and contribute to building growth for NCP.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Team to drive new business development and ensure the first-class execution of NCP beverage solutions to brand standard.
Management of all internal steps and processes vs. customer expectations to deliver the sale 
Build winning relationships through effective stakeholder management – both internal and external.
Monitoring and analysing customer performance, identifying trends to accurately forecast business performance. 
Management of customer budgets and all associated spend and investment.


What will make you successful? 

You will have already demonstrated successful performance within sales and will be passionate about building high value customer relationships, be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have a strong and determined focus on delivering results.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience of complex negotiations which has resulted in securing large contracts and winning new business. Your ability to think strategically, be resilient in the face of challenging situations and be able to influence both internally and externally will be key.

A good knowledge and understanding of both the out of home channel and the coffee industry would be advantageous.
