You will be joining us as a Non-Executive Director to play a crucial role in our evolution. The Which? Limited Board is responsible for overseeing and setting the strategy for our commercial activities.
As a Non-Executive member of our commercial board, you will use your experience to support Which? to achieve its membership and subscriptions ambitions, accelerating how we capture the opportunity digital represents. You will challenge the executive team to be ambitious, grow and diversify our community of paying and non-paying members, adapt our subscription and membership model, increase our commercial opportunities through our sources of income and engagement and create and deliver products and services that are irresistible to our target audience
As a Non- Executive Director you will bring experience or understanding in the following:
Commercial experience, with an understanding of subscription and membership models across digital, print and membership
Proven experience of transitioning a print offering to a digital one, evolving the products and services for digital users
Track record of engaging audiences and converting non paying community through to monetized models through subscription, membership or other commercial offerings to increase revenue
Experience of consumer marketing and branding , to support brand reach, acquisition, retention and overall revenues
Experience of enhancing acquisition, retention and overall revenues through product innovation, creating relevant products for consumers, and building organisational capability.·
