You will have managerial and operational responsibility for your wards and all aspects of performance. Your effective day-to-day support and operational leadership will be key to maintaining operational excellence and high levels of nursing and care. There’s also plenty of scope for innovation as we’ll expect you to lead processes to improve the quality and operational management of your wards even further. What you will need for this role
