We are looking for a brilliant Office Host to join our team here in our prestigious London office on a temporary basis. It’s a busy role where you will create a ‘Virgin Welcome’ for all colleagues and guests who arrive at the office. You’ll have a range of responsibilities including managing meetings, room bookings for colleagues and external sessions, supporting PAs to ensure all guests are catered for and dealing with any ad-hoc queries.
The successful candidate will have previous face to face customer service experience and a professional, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. With a warm and engaging friendly manner you will have the opportunity to meet lots of different people as well as welcoming new colleagues that join the London team.
You'll have exceptional face to face customer service qualities and first class organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. You'll have a good eye for detail and be a clear and confident communicator. Experience of using MS Office including MS Outlook is desired.

Salary - £22,500 - £25,000 pro rata depending on experience.
