Acting as a point of contact for Help to Buy Agents for the delivery of the Help to Buy Equity Loan Programme.
Day to day administration of Help to Buy delivery in line with existing processes including answering queries from Agents.
To develop and maintain effective relationships with Help to Buy Agents to ensure efficient delivery.
Immediately bring matters to attention of the Manager that may compromise Homes England ability to effectively deliver its programme.
Support in the compilation and issue of regular reporting on post completion documents outstanding. Analysing and collating monthly monitoring returns from the Agents.
Participate in relevant working groups internally and externally to contribute to the development of policy, processes and programmes, ensuring that knowledge and learning is shared within team and wider Homes England colleagues.
Assist the manager with conducting regular performance reviews of the Agents. This includes regular audit and assurance activity through applying a standardised approach to monitor adherence to KPIs and service standards.
To deliver other work in response to Homes England priorities.
To deliver any other duties which are commensurate with the post.
Travel will be required in this role.
