We currently have an opportunity for a learning & development professional to join our Organisational Learning team. This an opportunity to make a real impact in a diverse and interesting environment and contribute your skills and experience within an established, high-performing, team.
The key focus of this exciting role is to support implementation of the Schools agreed Apprenticeship strategy. This will involve identifying opportunities, designing and commissioning apprenticeship learning programmes of all kinds, as well as managing projects that both help to further organisational effectiveness and staff motivation and engagement.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex and diverse organisation. Excellent presentation skills as well as face to face communication and writing skills are a must alongside the ability to deal with frequently changing and multiple priorities whilst managing projects. Confident communication and influencing skills are essential
